Getting ready for Prune.

Took a loverly stroll through Manhattan today with my pal Wesley. I wanted to check out the location of Prune and pick up a few things at the restaurant supply store. I’ll be trailing at Prune Thursday and Friday of this week, and boy am I nervous.

This might be the most well known place I’ve ever worked at before so it will be interesting to see how it goes. I’m really excited and about fell over when I saw the facade and that pink awning. I’m hoping that I will be able to get some photos while working there but need to check with the chef to make sure that’s a-ok.

Tomorrow I’ll be at a great place in Williamsburg called Allswell which I’m also very excited about. The menu changes daily so it will be awesome to see what the chef has in store.

Now off to meet the vibrant and energetic Kindra Meyer for a little supper at a Chinese place called RedFarm
